Fastmark User Manual¶
Welcome to the user manual for the Fastmark electronic target system: the Fastmark mobile app and the Fastmark acoustic targets it controls.
The app is published in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under the name Ciblelec. Everywhere else in this manual it is simply called the app.
Applies to: app version 4.1.10, target firmware 2.1.0.
What the system does¶
A Fastmark target detects the acoustic signature of each shot with a set of microphones and reports its precise impact time to the app over Bluetooth. The app computes the impact position, scores it against the selected target face, runs the shooting sequence (range commands, timers, target LED), and keeps every session, series and shot in your account — on your device first, synchronized to the cloud whenever a connection is available.

Conventions used in this manual¶
- Bold text in quotes ("Launch session") is a label exactly as it appears on screen.
- Timings, counts and thresholds are exact values, not approximations: when the manual says the target powers itself off after 30 minutes of inactivity, that is the behavior the software implements and the value a test can assert.
[Screenshot: …]marks a place where an illustration will be inserted.- "Solo use" means the ordinary configuration: one device, one shooter, one target. Features that need supervisor access are covered in chapter 8 and are marked as such elsewhere.
About this document¶
This manual doubles as the behavior specification of the app: each statement of behavior is written to be verifiable, and the automated validation suite derives its test cases from these chapters. If the app and this manual disagree, one of the two has a bug — please report it.
